Staff travel information

Important

Korean Air employee system only shows Korean Air's own staff listing . As a result, most times, the number of OAL staff listed will not be reflected with loads provided here. Listed non-rev and seat availability is only updated once a day by Korean Air. As a result, loads and non-rev count you receive may not be real-time nor accurate.

General

The use of transit counter is strictly limited to revenue passengers only. Therefore, all non-rev passengers coming inbound to Korea will need to clear customs first and show up at the staff check-in counter mentioned above for their seat assignment.

Non-rev policy

Non-rev passengers will only be cleared into Economy class (Y).

Baggage

Same as the Economy class passenger allowance for the route.

Listing

Refer to myIDTravel. If listing is required, call 1588-2001 within Korea or Local Reservations Office.

Check-in

Non-rev passengers must report 60 minutes prior to departure for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights.

Check desk for airline staff is located at B17 at ICN.

Boarding

Korean Air boards according to rows (back to front).

Upgrade

If there are available seats in Business class (C), Korean Air will upgrade revenue passengers to accommodate their own staff members only.

OAL non-rev will be restricted to Economy class (Y), regardless of availability in another cabin.
